Brief

The product was used to develop multiple housing units for Caesar, a compound in the North coast of Egypt. The application was developed to be used as a sales tool in locations in Cairo.

Challenge

Sales of real estate and property start at a very early stage. Most of the time, during this stage, limited media such as video renders and pictures are presented to customers. Furthermore, these images do not convey the lifestyle or scenery/environment that customers are looking for.


Impact and Approach

A salesperson assistive tool that would help salespeople give customers tours in houses right from the office.

Usually people have partners touring the homes with them. Thus, we built a multiplayer experience that allows multiple users in the same space. They can see each other, talk with each other, and discuss the house together seamlessly. Just as if they are all there
